Ms. Griffith was born, raised, and has largely resided in Cobb County, Georgia. After graduating from Dominion Christian Highschool in 2007, Ms. Griffith attended Kennesaw State University, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2011.
In 2012, Ms. Griffith graduated from the University of Cincinnati, Master of Science in Criminal Justice. In 2015, Ms. Griffith graduated from Atlanta’s John Marshall School of Law, Doctor of Jurisprudence. Subsequent to her graduation from law school, Ms. Griffith opened her own practice, focusing on guardian ad litem work in juvenile court and superior court, and has since been practicing law in the greater metro Atlanta area.
Ms. Griffith has been a fierce advocate for children in foster care and involved in child welfare cases throughout her legal career. Over the last several years, Ms. Griffith has worked closely with Sarah Winograd as well as local community resources as a consultant during a grass roots effort that led to the opening of Together for Families in April of 2022, through Advocates for Children, to serve families and children in Cobb and Bartow Counties that are involved in child welfare cases.
Currently, Ms. Griffith maintains a trial practice concentrating in juvenile law, education law, and family law.
